We use a food-safe chemical which leaves no residue, eliminating accident risks from freezing liquids. A thorough quality clean for a large scale chiller often requires working at height so we use appropriate MEWPs (mobile elevating work platforms) and IPAF trained staff, meaning we keep our team and your people safe and comply with ISO 18878.
